An accomplished professional with four decades of industry expertise, Anand holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Annamalai University and a Master’s in Technology from IIT Madras, specializing in Process Dynamics and Control. His career spans key roles at Engineers India Limited and ABB Simcon (NJ, USA), where he honed his skills in process engineering and simulation.

A pioneer in process training solutions, Anand co-founded EnVision Systems, where he spearheaded the development of dynamic simulation model-based training products for petroleum refining, ethylene cracker complexes, and other large-scale process industries. His innovative work enabled knowledge transfer to leading oil companies worldwide. He also conducted numerous train-the-trainer workshops.

Building on this extensive foundation, Anand established Imagine Simulation Technologies, a company dedicated to advancing professional training through state-of-the-art process simulation. As Managing Director, he leads the company in working with organizations to strengthen workforce capability, improve safety, and support operational efficiency..
