Mahadevan Ramachandran is a seasoned Finance Professional with a career spanning over 3 decades with multicultural experience, creating innovative ways of adding value to the overall efforts of the organization in driving organizational objectives through business process enhancement and cost management initiatives.
Started his Career in Manufacturing with leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer Ashok Leyland, India in 1994. Worked extensively in various verticals, his area of expertise lies in the field of Cost Management, Business process enhancement and System Development. Cost Management Initiative leader, established cost control, cost consciousness at shop floor level and established cost ownership at all levels. Then moved on to Aviation sector in 2006 with Oman Air, Muscat (National career of Sultanate of Oman) spearheading Account Receivables, Treasury Management, Payroll, Aircraft Financing & Leasing and Insurance, his area of expertise lies in the field of Aircraft Loans and Lease Management covering European Export Credit Agency (EECA) and US Export Imports (EXIM) financing, Pre-delivery payments financing, Sale & Lease back (SLB) structures and secured financing over USD 1.6 billion covering activities right from RFP till Transaction document execution in coordination with Legal Counsel.
Mahadevan Ramachandran is a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Post Graduate in Commerce from University of Madras, Chennai.
