Shubha Subramanian

Shubha Subramanian is a finance leader and social impact consultant with over three decades of experience across corporate and nonprofit domains. A Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank, she also holds dual finance degrees (MBA and MS) from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is a qualified Cost Accountant.

Currently, Shubha leads a portfolio of consulting assignments focused on enabling digital transformation for social enterprises. Her mission is to help purpose-driven organizations scale sustainably while embedding best-in-class finance and compliance processes. She works closely with leadership teams, funders, and operational staff to design systems that are not only robust and transparent but also deeply aligned with stakeholder needs.

In parallel, she is also actively involved in setting up two start-ups—one centered on religious tourism that celebrates India’s spiritual heritage, and another dedicated to promoting healthy, sustainable vegetarian food choices.

Her prior CXO roles at institutions like Swasth Digital Health Foundation, National Law School of India University (NLSIU) etc. have shaped her holistic approach to finance, compliance, and strategic leadership. Whether advising grassroots NGOs or scaling digital platforms, Shubha remains a trusted partner in building resilient, ethical, and future-ready enterprises.
